This book is based on the idea that your employees will be more productive and work more efficiently if they constantly feel a sense of urgency. The idea sounds crazy and unattractive at first, but after reading the book, the author makes an interesting and valid point. Kotter provides four points or tactics which are utilized in bringing about change.
